With bookings through our website, we honor a full refund for cancelations greater than 30 days before your stay. Please review AirBnb, VRBO or Booking.com for specific cancelation policies for each property listed across any of those platforms.

With bookings through our website, we initially collect 25% of total booking, which will then be held as a security deposit to be refunded post-departure. The remaining balance is to be paid in full 30 days before your visit.

Each booking is required to collect the respective lodging tax associated with the state where the rental resides. A pet fee may also be charged if applicable. If booked through our website, there will be no other service charges. If booked through Airbnb, VRBO or Booking.com, an additional service charge paid directly to those platforms will be collected.

No, we ensure each rental is cleaned and stocked with plenty of linens/supplies for your stay and will not provide any additional cleaning during your stay. Please note that some rentals may have a washer/dryer for use during your stay.
