Cozy 1 BR in the Center of BH! [Inspiration Point]

This was an awesome place to stay, walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go in Bar Harbor and a short 5 minute drive to Acadia. It was comfortable and clean and we couldn’t have asked for anything more.

The unit was spotless. On a nice quiet street but close enough to walk to everything. We loved it! Also, I forgot to pack coffee, thanks for having some on site.

Overall, the property was clean, comfortable, and adequate for what we needed, and we had a wonderful trip to Bar Harbor. The inside was spotless and had been very nicely remodeled. The location was still within easy walking distance of town, and we ended up really enjoying it. However, it was on the outer edge of the approximate location circle shown on VRBO—the side farthest from the town center—so it was not quite as close as we expected. The exterior of the building could also use a facelift, and I don’t feel the listing photos gave a very clear picture of its condition. Inside, the floor was noticeably unlevel, which made us a little uneasy since the unit was on the second floor.Had the rental been considerably less expensive, we would have been very happy with it. At the price we paid, however, we didn’t feel the overall property and condition represented a good value. That said, it was clean, functional, and served our needs, and we had a great trip. The property also had several fun Happy Days references throughout, which gave it a cute, nostalgic personality.

Comfortable stay

Charming apartment in a great location. We enjoyed our stay very much and highly recommend!
